Anil, He is always our favorite. 2011 we went trekkingat at ABC, at that time Anil was still Thomas's assisstance, helping him changing lens while taking pictures and learn how to take picture. 2022 Langtang trip, Anil turned professional and did a good job. He can take good pictures with nice proposition. He was ready all the time and knew our angle without telling him. During trekking, he has a good eye-sight, pointing out the animals, flowers, ect. He is knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. We have plan to trek at Mustang next year. Of course, we will use his professional Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage company again. As we have told you 'He is always our FAVORITE'
We enjoyed our trekking to Kyanjin Gompa and climbing on Kyanjin Ri in Lantang Valley on May 2017! It was exiting and beautiful adventure. Mountains and nature in the valley are so nice, but the weather was not stable. Sometimes foggy sometimes rainy but we were accompanied with our bright and lovely Sun - our guide leader Anil! Due to his care, professional skills and lovely character we enjoy every minute in the mountains. He can flexibly solve any problems and make you feel happy. Also his sense of humor is brilliant we laugh a lot. So we satisfied with service from this company and our friend Anil very much. Highly recommended!!! P.S. Lantang Valley trek is fully recovered after earthquake and there are no reason do not go there. This trek is one of the nicest amidst popular treks in Nepal. And not so difficult- every person can get it!

I walked through the Langtang valley and then climbed to the Tserko Ri 4985 mt. accompanied by the Nepalese guide Bhuwan Karki, prepared and available for every need. It was a fantastic experience where I could live in contact with the local people. Serene and smiling people who made you feel like one of them. I hope to relive this life experience with another tour in Nepal always accompanied by Bhuwan who I consider a Friend

Typically, the trek lasts 9 to 10 days, as outlined in the itinerary. It includes trekking from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel, Langtang Village, and Kyanjing Gompa, with a rest day for acclimatization at Kyanjing. The itinerary is designed by Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition to balance trekking time with rest and sightseeing.
This trek is considered moderate in difficulty. The route involves gradual ascents with a few steep sections, particularly when approaching Kyanjing Gompa. A reasonable level of fitness is required. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition ensures that trekkers are well-prepared with pre-trek briefings and advice on pacing, acclimatization, and hydration.
Mobile network coverage is limited and intermittent in remote areas like Langtang Village and Kyanjing Gompa. Some lodges provide Wi-Fi, but it may be slow or charged. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition advises trekkers to inform family members in advance and enjoy the digital detox while immersing themselves in the serene Himalayan environment.
Yes, trekkers can extend the trip to visit Gosaikunda Lake, Tserko Ri, or nearby villages. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition can customize itineraries based on your preferences and available time, ensuring a safe and memorable Himalayan experience.
Along the Langtang Valley Trek, accommodation is mainly in tea houses or lodges, offering basic rooms and meals. Facilities improve gradually as you move to larger villages such as Langtang and Kyanjing. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition partners with reliable local lodges that maintain hygiene and comfortable facilities for trekkers.
Meals during the trek mainly consist of Nepali cuisine, including dal bhat (lentil soup with rice), noodles, soups, and momos (dumplings). Tea houses along the trail also offer limited Western dishes. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition ensures that trekkers have access to nutritious meals suitable for energy and acclimatization.
The Langtang Valley Trek is accessible throughout the year, but the best seasons are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). During these months, the weather is relatively stable, skies are clear, and the rhododendron forests and mountain views are at their most beautiful. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition recommends these seasons for optimal trekking conditions and photography opportunities.
Yes, all trekkers require the Langtang National Park Permit and the TIMS (Trekkers’ Information Management System) card. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition assists trekkers with all necessary permits and documentation to ensure a smooth start to the trek.
The trek gradually ascends from 1,300m in Kathmandu to 3,870m at Kyanjing Gompa, so mild altitude sickness is possible. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition emphasizes proper acclimatization, hydration, and pacing. The scheduled rest day at Kyanjing is specifically designed to help trekkers adjust to the higher altitude safely.
While the trek does not require technical climbing skills, a moderate level of physical fitness is necessary. Trekkers should be able to walk 5-6 hours a day on hilly and uneven terrain. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition recommends pre-trek conditioning such as walking, jogging, or stair climbing to prepare.
Essential items include trekking boots, layered clothing for varying temperatures, a warm jacket, rain gear, a sleeping bag, and personal toiletries. Sun protection, a hat, and trekking poles are also recommended. Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage Treks & Expedition provides a detailed packing list to ensure trekkers are fully prepared for all weather conditions.
