Apart from the regular climbing session the climbers can also experience temperate to the alpine forests belt and grassy meadows where yaks graze along with the herders.
The journey starts with the adventurous flight to world’s extreme airport the Tenzing Hillary Airport, Lukla. Climbers take another route other than the usual Everest Base Camp Trek route. The high passes providing the spectacular view of the Makalu Mountain and tranquil Khumbu region with the yak herds, forests and spectacular landscape makes the journey effervescent of the wilderness adventure. Physical Conditions and Experience Requirements
19 days of Mera Peak Climbing is considered as moderate. If you jog or perform morning walks regularly then it would not be any problem for you to walk on the trail. However, it is highly recommended that you should start doing mild exercises one month prior to your trekking date. This would help in creating best Himalayan walking holiday experience. Having said that, it should be noted Technical Skill are not needed. The major hurdle is an altitude. Therefore, person having past medical history of lung, heart and blood diseases are extremely advised to consult your doctor before embarking on this journey.
