Physical Conditions and Experience Requirements
14 days of Everest Base Camp Trekking is considered as moderate. If you jog or perform morning walks regularly then it would not be any problem for you to walk on the trail. However, it is highly recommended that you should start doing mild exercises one month prior to your trekking date. This would help in creating the best Himalayan walking holiday experience. The weather condition in the Everest region
Everest is the right place to trek all over the year. The people can trek in all seasons in the Mount Everest. The March to May and October to November are the most popular trekking months in Nepal. The Himalayan peak is the coldest region so you should avoid the monsoon and winter season to trek in the high altitude. During the winter days, the temperature will be below minus. On the monsoon season, the trekking routes are damaged by the rain. But you can able to trek in the Everest region on rainy days.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2804 meters) trek to Phakding (2610 meters) 4 hours.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters) 5.30 hours.
Day 04: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day.
Day 05: Trek to Tengboche (3860 meters) 5 hours.
Day 06: Trek to Dingboche (4350 meters) 5.30 hours.
Day 07: Rest Day in Dingboche
Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4910 meters) 5 hours.
Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365 meters) then back to Gorak Shep (5180 meters). 7 hours.
Day 10: Hike up to Kalapatthar (5555 meters) early in the morning and trek down to Periche (4200 meters). 7 hours.
Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters) 5.30 hours.
Day12: Trek to Lukla (2804 meters) 6-7 hours.
Day 13: Morning flight back to Kathmandu.
